Mino Obigiwasin Anicinape Child and Family Services was established to provide child and family services to its population. This initiative follows an agreement signed with CISSSAT for the management of youth protection services for the four Anicinape communities: Kitcisakik, Lac Simon, Abitibiwinni (Pikogan), and Long Point (Winneway).
The vision of Mino Obigiwasin is to ensure that all Anicinape children and families live in a stable, safe, and nurturing environment rooted in their culture.
POSITION SUMMARY
In keeping with the mission, orientations, values, and general policies of Mino Obigiwasin Anicinape Child and Family Services, the incumbent provides culturally adapted support to individuals served by the organization. They act as a trusted link between individuals, families, service providers, and available resources, while considering the realities specific to the communities served.
Their role is to support individuals in their daily lives, personal journeys, and healing processes, while promoting autonomy and inclusion. Grounded in proximity and prevention, this position emphasizes presence, human connection, and day-to-day support.

· Permanent full-time position (35 hours per week).
