Are you following up with Mino Obigiwasin and dissatisfied with a service? Do you feel that your rights have not been respected? Do you feel uncomfortable in a follow-up and would like to improve the situation?
Some people decide to denounce these problematic situations on social networks in the hope that they will improve. This kind of behavior can cause a lot of damage to the people targeted by the denunciations, and often no concrete positive results are achieved.
We recommend constructive and effective ways for you to express your dissatisfaction, ensure your rights are respected and participate in improving the services offered to you.
Here are a few options:
Option 1 : Express your dissatisfaction or concerns directly to your service provider and/or his or her point-of-service manager, either by telephone or during a face-to-face meeting..
Did you know? You can be accompanied by a support person during a meeting with a caregiver.

The AIF can also assist you in communicating dissatisfaction with the worker and their superior. With it you will be able to determine whether a mediation process between the party concerned and you is possible and desired, then request the intervention of the mediator
the goal of mediation:
help people to dialogue and clarify their points of view on the problematic situation in a constructive way.
to clarify the interests and needs of each person.
to promote mutual understanding;
to improve the relationship within follow-up between you and your worker.
generate concrete and culturally relevant solutions.
