1 position to be filled in Val-d'Or for the KitciSakik team


Under the supervision of the Service Manager and the secretarial team leader, the incumbent performs secretarial, reception and administrative support tasks for MINO OBIGIWASIN's activities at the KitciSakik service point (Val-d'Or office).


  • Handle all incoming communications (calls, emails) and ensure follow-up;
  • Greet visitors;
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the telephone system;
  • Ensure that the contact list is updated;
  • Coordinate the operation of the meeting room and offices;
  • Maintain a clean, efficient and organized filing system for paper, electronic and email files;
  • Prepare and send memos, emails, and correspondence ;
  • Ordering office supplies and furniture;
  • Business cards, ID cards, office signage etc.
  • Perform record keeping, filing and case loads;
  • Produce welcome binders for the ADSP;
  • Manage office space and facilities (cleaning, maintenance, security, technical equipment, kitchen);
  • Create and implement tools to assist in the smooth operation of the office (calendars, motivational posts, etc.);
  • Support the administrative assistant of Kitcisakik;
  • All other related tasks.


  • Hold a DEP in secretarial studies,in office administration or the equivalent;
  • Minimum three years of experience in the field;
  • Very good knowledge of the French language;
  • Excellent skills in the Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint);
  • Be recognized for his/her adaptability and resourcefulness;
  • Demonstrate professional thoroughness and discretion;
  • Experience in the Anicinape world is an asset;

  • Full time permanent position 35 hours per week;
