This position prepares, stenographs and computerizes letters and legal documents from handwritten or dictated texts. He/she prepares files, ensures the preparation of court documents, makes preliminary approaches to the various authorities in the context of the required procedures, checks the hearing lists and takes appropriate action. He/she may conduct mail searches, draft routine correspondence, maintain filing systems and assist one or more executives, professionals or a work team in their administrative functions. Responds to requests for information within the scope of his/her responsibilities.
ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES
He/she assists one or more lawyers in the Legal Department in the performance of their duties, mainly in the preparation and follow-up of files;
In accordance with the rules of practice, he/she must show autonomy and initiative in order to ensure the proper progress of each file;
Provide administrative support to one or more lawyers;
Communicate effectively with witnesses, clients, colleagues and partners;
Write briefs and summaries of depositions, contracts and testimony;
